The Product: An asynchronous logger designed for active compliance monitoring and real-time risk flagging — built specifically for production AI agents.
The Thesis: As the EU AI Act moves toward full enforcement in August 2026, audit trails move from "nice to have" to a legal requirement. Lookover is the infrastructure layer for that shift.
Initial Vertical: Customer Support agents — where the risk of hallucination or PII leakage is highest, and where CISOs need a defensible paper trail.
